Proverbs 29:1 AMP

[1] He who hardens his neck and refuses instruction after being often reproved (corrected, criticized), Will suddenly be broken beyond repair.

Prayer:

Father, we're thankful that before honor is humility. Father, we're thankful that You instruct and teach us in the way we should go, and counsel us with Your eye upon us. Father, we are thankful that when we train up a child in the way he should go, when he is older he will not depart from the right path. Father, we are thankful that the Word teaches and corrects us. Father, I pray we'll hide Your Word in our hearts so we will not sin against You. Father, I pray we'll be doers of the Word, and not only hearers. Father, I pray we'll forever seek Your counsel because Your people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
