Daily Devotional Prayer: 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 NIV
[4] My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, [5] so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.
Prayer:
Father, we are thankful that Your Word is as powerful as any two-edged sword. Father, we are thankful for the anointing in Your Word. Father, we are thankful that the Word of God became flesh, and lived among us. Father, we are thankful that Your Word is accompanied by signs and wonders. Father, I pray that we will earnestly seek out the wisdom of God. Father, I pray that we will yield to the leading and power of the Holy Spirit. Father, I pray that we will speak Your Word and activate its power. Father, I pray that we will decree and say a thing and it shall be established for us, and the light of God's favor shall shine upon our path. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
