Daily Devotional Prayer: John 1:29 NIV
[29] The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
Prayer:
Father, we're thankful God so loved the world that He gave us His only begotten Son. Father, we're thankful Jesus came not to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. Father, we are thankful that while we were sinners, Christ died for us. Father, I pray we'll walk as the redeemed because He who the Son has set free, is free indeed. Father, I pray we'll rest in Your plan of salvation. Father, I pray we'll walk as new creatures, pardoned and freed from sin. Father, I pray we'll look to the cross and remember, we've been crucified with Christ. I pray we'll trust that we no longer live, but Christ lives in us. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
