Daily Devotional Prayer: John 16:33 NIV
[33] “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Prayer:
Father, we're thankful Jesus left us His peace, the peace the world cannot give. Father, we're thankful that being justified by faith, we have peace with God. Father, we're thankful that faith is the victory that overcomes the world. Father, we're thankful that You've given us the peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, I pray we'll be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving - we'll let our requests be made known to God. Father, I pray that we'll trust that He who is in us, is greater than he who is in the world. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
