Colossians 3:13 NLT

[13] Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. 

Prayer:

Father, we're thankful love is patient and kind. Father, we're thankful we're called to love each other deeply because love covers a multitude of sins. Father, we are thankful that a person’s wisdom yields patience; and it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense. Father, we are thankful that those who love Your law have great peace, and nothing shall offend them. Father, I pray we'll be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Father, I pray we'll trust that those who cover and forgive an offense seek love. Father, I pray we'll correct a brother who sins against us; and if he repents, I pray we'll forgive him. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
