Psalms 56:3 NIV

[3] When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

Prayer:

Father, we're thankful that God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, love, and a sound and disciplined mind. Father, we're thankful perfect love casts out fear. Father, we are thankful we can cast all of our cares upon the Lord because He cares for us. Father, we are thankful that You keep our minds in perfect peace because we're focused upon you, and we trust in you. Father, I pray we'll be anxious for nothing, but in everything with prayer and petition, with thanksgiving make our requests known unto God. Father, I pray we'll resist the devil, and he will flee from us. Father, I pray we'll draw near to God, and He will draw near to us. Father, I pray we'll trust that only You make us dwell in safety. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
