Daily Devotional Prayer: Deuteronomy 7:9 NIV
[9] Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.
Prayer:
Father, we're thankful that great is Your faithfulness. Father, we're thankful that we love You because You first loved us. Father, we're thankful that even when we are faithless, You remain faithful. Father, we are thankful God is not a man - that He should lie, nor should He change His mind. Father, we are thankful the Lord will not reject his people; He will never forsake His inheritance. Father, I pray that those who know your name will trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. Father, I pray that we'll trust that You are the faithful God who has called us into fellowship with Your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Father, I pray that they who love You will keep Your commandments. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
