Daily Devotional Prayer: Matthew 16:24 NIV
[24] Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.
Prayer:
Father, we're thankful that there is no greater love than a man who lays down his life for his friends. Father, we're thankful that whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for the Lord will find it. Father, we're thankful that the life we now live in the body, we live by the faith in the Son of God. Father, we are thankful that it's in Him we live, move, and have our being. Father, I pray we'll follow our pastors as they follow Christ. Father, I pray we'll continue in Your Word, and so will we be Your disciples. Father, I pray we'll know the truth, and the Truth shall make us free. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
