Daily Devotional Prayer: Psalm 27:4 NKJV
[4] One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.
Prayer:
Father, we're thankful that the zeal for Your house has consumed us. Father, we're thankful that just as the deer pants after the water, so our souls pant after You. Father, we are thankful we can draw closer to You, and You will draw closer to us. Father, we are thankful that we are now the temple of the Lord. Father, we are thankful we can abide in You, and Your Word can abide in us. Father, I pray we'll let Jesus into our hearts when He stands on the outside knocking. Father, I pray we'll praise You in the sanctuary. Father, I pray Your house will forever remain a house of prayer. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!
